By creating a Phesky account you agree to these Terms. Phesky issues one NFC-enabled virtual Visa card per account, funded exclusively in USDT (TRC20). Use of the card is subject to the Visa network rules and applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Account & Security

You are responsible for protecting your credentials, 2FA device, and 6-digit PIN. Phesky will never contact you to request your password, OTP, or PIN.

Fees

A one-time 15 USDT fee applies to card issuance (18 USDT total; 3 USDT is credited to your new card balance). An 8% funding fee is deducted from each USDT top-up. Minimum funding amount is 35 USDT — smaller deposits accumulate until the pending balance reaches 35 USDT and are then funded automatically.

Limits

Default spending limits are 100,000 USD daily and 500,000 USD monthly. Phesky may adjust limits where required by law or risk policy.

Prohibited Use

You must not use Phesky for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, or fraud. Accounts engaged in such activity may be suspended.
