Terms & Conditions

By creating a Phesky account you agree to these Terms. Phesky provides two main categories of service: (A) virtual Visa and Mastercard card services, and (B) access to Buy Crypto and Cash Out Crypto functionality through an integrated third-party gateway provided by Fonbnk. Use of the services is subject to the applicable card network rules, third-party provider terms, and applicable law in your jurisdiction.

1. Card services

Phesky issues NFC-enabled virtual Visa and Mastercard cards (one card per network, per account), funded in USDC. Cards are issued and processed through our card-issuing partner. Card availability, acceptance at any given merchant, and mobile-wallet support may vary and are not controlled by Phesky.

2. Buy Crypto and Cash Out Crypto

Phesky also provides access to cryptocurrency purchase and cash-out functionality through an integrated gateway:

• Buy Crypto allows eligible users to purchase supported cryptocurrency using the local payment methods made available by the integrated service.
• Cash Out Crypto allows eligible users to convert supported cryptocurrency into local currency through the integrated service.

These transactions may be processed by Fonbnk or by other third-party payment or service providers. The terms, policies and requirements of those providers may also apply to transactions you perform through them, in addition to these Terms. Phesky provides access to the gateway; it does not operate the underlying payment rails or exchange service.

Supported assets, supported payment methods, service availability, eligibility, fees, limits, exchange rates and transaction requirements are determined by the applicable service and provider and may vary or change. A transaction may remain pending, fail, be declined, reversed, or otherwise be unavailable depending on the provider and the conditions of that transaction. Phesky does not guarantee processing times, rates, approval, or availability in any particular country.

3. Separation of services

Where applicable, your Phesky card balance and any crypto gateway transaction are separate. Completing a Buy Crypto or Cash Out Crypto transaction does not by itself add funds to, or deduct funds from, a Phesky card balance. Card funding follows the USDC funding flow described in your dashboard.

4. Account & security

You are responsible for protecting your credentials, 2FA device, and 6-digit PIN, and for the accuracy of the information you enter when using the services — including cardholder details, wallet addresses, payment details and transaction amounts. Transactions submitted with inaccurate information may be delayed, rejected, or irreversible. Phesky will never contact you to request your password, OTP, or PIN.

5. Card fees

The minimum deposit to Phesky is £20.00 and a 3% deposit fee applies. A virtual card has a £20.00 minimum deposit requirement, a physical card is £135.00 including delivery, and Create Invoices is £50.00 per month. Fees applicable to crypto gateway transactions are set by the applicable provider and shown before you confirm a transaction.

6. Card limits

Default card spending limits are 100,000 USD daily and 500,000 USD monthly. Phesky may adjust limits where required by law or risk policy. Limits applicable to crypto gateway transactions are set by the applicable provider.

7. Reviewing a transaction

Before confirming any transaction, review the details presented to you — amount, asset, payment method, destination and any fees or rates displayed by the provider. Once confirmed, a transaction may not be reversible.

8. Prohibited use

You must not use Phesky for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity, including sanctions evasion. Phesky may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, cards, or transactions where permitted by these Terms, by an applicable provider's terms, or by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
