PheskyThese Terms govern your use of Phesky, a service that lets businesses accept payments from their customers by share link, QR code and website checkout. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Phesky is not a bank or payment institution and does not hold your funds. Payment services are provided by Stripe Payments UK Limited, authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (Firm Reference Number 900461). To receive payouts you must connect a Stripe account and accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
3. Your account
- You sign in with Google and protect the app with a 6-digit PIN. Keep your PIN private.
- You must provide accurate business details and only sell lawful goods and services.
- We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, misuse or breaches of these Terms or Stripe's terms.
4. Fees
Phesky charges 16p per payment under £30 and 0.6% per payment of £30 or more, in addition to Stripe's processing fees. Fees are deducted automatically from each payment.
5. Refunds and disputes
You are responsible for your customers' refunds, chargebacks and disputes, which are handled through your Stripe account.
6. Liability
Phesky is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for outages of third-party services such as Stripe or Google. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
