1. What we collect
- Account details from Google sign-in: name and email address.
- Business details you provide: business name, category, industry and product photos.
- Payment records: amounts, tips, status and dates. Card details are entered on Stripe and never stored by us.
- Security data: a hashed version of your PIN, sign-in events and device information.
2. How we use it
To run your account, create payment links, show your payment history, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
3. Who we share it with
Stripe Payments UK Limited (FCA FRN 900461) to process payments and payouts, Google for sign-in, and our hosting providers. Each acts under its own privacy terms or our instructions.
4. Retention
We keep payment records as long as required by UK financial and tax law, and delete other data when no longer needed.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Email support@phesky.app. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
